Itinerary
What you will do and explore with us
- 06:00 am – Pick up from your hotel in Cusco and drive through the Sacred Valley towards the imposing Abra Málaga Pass (4,350 m / 14,271 ft), the starting point of your adventure.
- Begin an exhilarating mountain biking descent that lasts about 3–4 hours, winding down through dramatic landscapes, from icy peaks to the lush vegetation of the cloud forest.
- Stop at Huamanmarca, an archaeological site where you can appreciate traces of Inca history amidst spectacular scenery.
- Enjoy a hearty lunch en route before continuing toward Santa María, a charming town nestled in the tropical jungle.
- In the afternoon, opt for an exciting rafting adventure on the Vilcanota River (seasonal and not included).
- Settle into your lodge or guesthouse and enjoy dinner surrounded by the vibrant jungle atmosphere.

- After breakfast, begin trekking along ancient paths through tropical valleys, passing waterfalls, fruit orchards, and plantations of bananas, coffee, and cacao.
- Visit a welcoming local family and learn about traditional coffee and cacao production, with the chance to taste fresh products.
- Continue to Santa Teresa, a picturesque town famous for its natural hot springs.
- In the evening, soak in the soothing Cocalmayo Hot Springs, the perfect way to relax after an adventurous day.

- After breakfast, transfer to Hidroelectrica, where the final trekking stretch begins.
- Walk along the scenic railway tracks, surrounded by jungle and mountains, until reaching Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town).

- Rest at your hotel, preparing for the highlight of your journey.
- Next morning – Early guided tour of the legendary Machu Picchu, exploring its temples, terraces, and mysteries. Depending on ticket availability, your visit can be extended for an even deeper experience.
