Located at more than 5,000 meters (16,400 ft) above sea level in the Andes Mountains, it is famous for its striking natural stripes of red, yellow, green, and purple, created by mineral deposits over centuries. Once hidden beneath layers of ice, Vinicunca has become a must-see destination for travelers seeking unique scenery and adventure in the heart of the Peruvian Andes.
Night in the Pacchanta village, it’s a small traditional Andean village in the Cusco Region, located at the foot of the Ausangate, and serves as the starting point for the scenic 7 Lakes of Ausangate Trek, famous for its stunning glacial lakes and surrounding mountain landscapes.
The second day, we will leave early to make, The 7 Lakes of Ausangate Trek is a beautiful high-altitude hike near the majestic Ausangate in the Cusco Region.
